1. OBJECTIVE
This tool decompiles the Binary XML found inside APK files to reveal the AndroidManifest.xml. This file contains the list of permissions the app requests from your system.
2. INSTRUCTIONS
- Step A: Locate the
.APK file on your computer. - Step B: Drag & Drop the file into the scan zone above (or click to browse).
- Step C: Wait for the client-side decompilation process.
- Step D: Review the CRITICAL alerts.
3. WHAT TO LOOK FOR
Legitimate apps rarely need these permissions. If a "Calculator" or "Wallpaper" app asks for them, it is likely malware:
